How Siamese cat character affects behavior
Siamese cats coexist with people for many centuries, so they became unusually sociable. They feel at home in any situation.
However, they should not be left alone for long: if they get bored, they are quite capable of destructive actions.
However, it does not tolerate annoying harassment, it can give a worthy rebuff to the offender. Therefore, for a family with small children (under 7 years), a Siamese cat is not very suitable.
Also, a Siamese cat is better not to get connoisseurs of peace and quiet in the house.
Some Siamese cats get along well with dogs, but it all depends on the character of the particular dog and cat. Sometimes Siamese cats can be jealous and intolerant of competitive behavior.
